Note: The Book Sale link will lead to a shared folder online by the Guam
Law Library that contains the bidding spreadsheets and subfolders with
the detailed listing and pictures of the book sets.
GUIDELINES and DISCLAIMERS:
1. Participation is open to Guam Bar Association members. The winning
bidder is responsible for retrieving and transporting the books from the
Guam Law Library.
2. The book sets for auction are incomplete and used / former library
sets that are updated with supplements published in 2023. See the
provided book listing and pictures in the subfolders for more details.
3. Bidding is in USD. Payments accepted are cash or check only.
4. Increasing bid amounts can be in any increment but must be in whole
dollars.
5. A new bid must be higher than the previous one and needs to be made
in its own separate entry in the next available entry line. Do not
change previous bids.
6. Participants do not need to include full or personal contact
information in the Name column of the bidding spreadsheets, as this can
be provided to the Guam Law Library by the winner at the end of the
auction(s). Choose a Name that is not already being used by another
active bidder in the bidding spreadsheet and try to use the same Name if
participating in multiple auctions.
7. If the Guam Law Library determines that the winning bidder in any of
the auctions is unable to meet these terms, then that winning bid will
be voided and the next highest winning bid will be given a second chance
offer.
8. By participating in any of the auctions you are acknowledging that
you have read, understood, and accepted the GUIDELINES and DISCLAIMERS.
